#HERO’s actively manage their network. Keep an active tracking of your top 500-1000 relations, and monitor the diversity power of your network. Use BASE, OUTLOOK, or a list in e.g. Excel to track:
- gender
- age group
- industries
- university
- country/continent/city
- skill
Make sure your network is not too monotone (e.g. >80% in one industry, or one profession).
